Canadian tennis stamped itself as the premier club in district 1-2A on Thursday.
There were high expectations for the Wildcats to come away with championships in the boys- and girls-doubles divisions—Canadian, once again, exceeded those expectations.
Three of the five division-title matches were determined between Wildcats.
Unsurprisingly, the team of Cameron Copley and Tanner Schafer, after a first-round bye, manhandled their Sunray opponent 6-1 and 6-0 to head into the championship match.
The newly-formed team of Corbin Douthitt and Lewis Abraham eqaully handled their Booker opponent 6-1 and 6-2 to meet the favorites in the title match.
