Patricia "Tricia" Pearl Paris, of Snyder, Texas, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Friday, September 29, 2023.

Family Visitation is planned for Friday, October 6, from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm (CST) at Miller Family Funeral Home in Snyder. Funeral services will be on Saturday, October 7, at 2:00 pm (CST) at East Side Church of Christ, 201 31st St. in Snyder. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, October 10, at 1:00 pm (MST) at Village of San Jon Cemetery, 1822 Cemetery Rd., San Jon, New Mexico, under the direction of Miller Family Funeral Home.

Patricia was born August 11, 1943, to Henry Gray Sasser and Dorthy Mae (Tatum) Sasser in Tucumcari, New Mexico. She was the fifth of seven children, growing up on a farm in Northeastern New Mexico. She graduated from San Jon High School in 1961. Shortly after graduation, she married David Allen Paris in Tucumcari, on May 21, 1961. Prior to living in Snyder, Patricia had previously lived in Canadian, Texas, where she worked for many years at First National Bank. Then in Midland, Texas, where she occasionally worked for her son Allen. She was a faithful member of the Church of Christ. She and David loved to play music with their friends and family at any and every occasion that came their way. She was a skilled guitarist and very gifted singer, wowing audiences with her Tammy Wynette-style vocals. She relocated to Snyder in 2019 to be closer to her son Allen and his family.

She was preceded in death by her husband David in 2007; parents; brothers, Joe Henry Sasser and Marion “Chubby” Sasser; and half-sisters, Lena Fulks and Kitty Morris.

Patricia is survived by her sons: Henry Allen Paris and his wife, Roxanne and John Malcolm Paris and his wife, Rhonda; brother, Monty Sasser and his wife Beverly; sister, Verna Beth Cook; grandson, Joshua Allen Paris; granddaughters, Tricia Michelle Moran and Rachel Elizabeth Perez, Hannah Kathleen Loveman, Emma Grace Barthel, and Faith Elizabeth Paris; great-grandchildren, Jayda Lucky, Jonathan Hallmark, AJ Perez, Joshua “Buddy’ Paris, Aubrey Perez, Justus Paris, Aidan “Chito” Perez, and Augustine “Boogie” Perez; numerous nieces, nephews; and all of her many wonderful friends who all loved her so dearly.
